1. Introduction
Welcome to AMUPEF. These Confidentiality Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you (“the User”) and AMUPEF (“the Company”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Definitions
- Confidential information: Any data or organized set of data that is shared between parties.
- Activity: The tasks defined in the corresponding employment agreement.
- Communication: Messages written in Spanish language sent to and from registered email addresses.
3. Transmission of Information
The Company undertakes to transmit Confidential Information to the User exclusively to carry out the Activity. The User agrees to receive said information and to keep it strictly confidential.
4. Reserve Duty
The User undertakes to:
- Maintain the confidentiality of the Information.
- Do not use the Information for your own benefit.
- Do not disclose the Information to third parties without the prior written consent of the Company.
5. Exceptions to the Duty of Reserve
The User may disclose Confidential Information if:
- The Information becomes public with the consent of the Company.
- The Company assigns or loses ownership of the Information.
6. Procedure for Improper Disclosure
In case of improper disclosure of Confidential Information, the User must:
- Immediately inform the Company.
- Take all necessary steps to stop improper disclosure.
7. Destruction of Information
The User must destroy all Confidential Information that is not necessary once the Activity has ended, unless its conservation is required for legal reasons.
8. Resolution and Termination
The Company reserves the right to terminate this agreement in the event of non-compliance by the User with any of its obligations.
9. Communications
All communications related to these terms must be made through registered emails.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement will be governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of the district of Morón, Province of Buenos Aires.
11. Changes to the Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. It is recommended that you periodically review this page to be aware of any changes.
By continuing to use our services after any changes to these terms are posted, you accept those changes.
