Welcome to the AMUPEF services and benefits portal. Here you will find all the information necessary to access and make the most of the services and benefits we offer to our members.

Access to the Online Platform #

To manage your information and access your services and benefits, you must log in to your AMUPEF account. If you have not yet activated your account, see the article “How do I register if I am already a member?” to complete this process.

  1. Go to the AMUPEF website.
  2. Click the icon in the upper right corner if you are on mobile or “To access“.
  3. Enter your username and password.

Menus available #

Once you are logged in, you will have access to various menus to manage different aspects of your your account:

  • Orders: Manage all orders for physical or digital products.
  • Services: Access the catalog of services available to use or contract.
  • downloads: View all the digital product downloads you have made.
  • Pending payments: Manage information related to pending payments for subscriptions or services.
  • Personal information: Keep your personal information up to date.
  • Addresses: Manage your shipping and billing addresses.
  • Relatives: Add Participants to your account and know the implications on your social fee.
  • Password: Modify or recover your password.
  • Frequent questions: Access the general documentation of the site.

Access Your Services #

To access the services that you can contract or use, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the “tabServices” or access from your account through the “Services” button.
  2. Explore the different categories of services available.
  3. Use the interactive button to access the service you are interested in.
  4. You can also use the search bar to quickly find what you need.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) #

  • How can I add a family member to my account?
    • You can add Participants from the “Family” section in your account. You will be charged an additional amount for each Participant you add.
  • How do I manage my pending payments?
    • Access the “Pending Payments” section to manage any pending payments related to subscriptions or services.
  • Where do I find the general documentation for the site?
    • You can access general documentation and frequently asked questions from the “Frequently Asked Questions” section in your account.
