Welcome to the “Social Fee and Plans” section of AMUPEF. Here you will find all the information you need to understand our cost structures and the different subscription plans we offer. We know that each member has different needs and expectations, which is why we have designed a variety of plans to adapt to your requirements. From the Standard Plan, ideal for those looking for basic but high-quality services, to the Premium Plan, designed for those who want to take full advantage of all the benefits and services that AMUPEF has to offer.

Additionally, in this section, we will answer some of the most frequently asked questions you may have about fees, the benefits included in each plan, and how to manage your subscription.

Subscription plans #

AMUPEF offers two subscription plans with different ranges of benefits. The prices indicated are monthly. The $1,000 plan includes basic services, while the $5,000 plan offers a broader and more complete range of additional services and benefits.

Family members and participants #

We offer special discounts for family groups on both plans. Each Participant will pay half that of the Active Member.

  • Standard Plan – $500 for each additional participant.
  • Premium Plan – $2500 for each additional participant.

Trial period #

The trial period will begin immediately upon enrollment and will last until the first payment is made. During this period, you can cancel the subscription at any time before the first payment. However, keep in mind that any service you hire has a minimum duration of 6 months.

  • How long does the online association process take?
    • The online association process generally takes between 2 to 5 minutes, depending on how quickly you fill out the forms and verify your email.
  • Do I need any specific documents to join?
    • Yes, you will need your identification document (DNI) to start the verification process.
  • Can I join if I am already a member of another organization or entity?
    • Of course! Being a member of AMUPEF is independent of any other affiliation you may have.
  • What happens if I have problems during the association process?
    • If you encounter any problems or errors during the process, you can contact us through our customer service or send us an email at info@amupef.com.ar.
  • I forgot my password, how do I recover it?
    • If you forgot your password, you can click “Forgot Password” on the login page and follow the instructions to reset your password.
  • What happens if I want to cancel the subscription before the minimum 6-month subscription ends?
    • If you decide to cancel your subscription before the minimum 6-month term ends, you will be required to pay the remaining plan fees in advance.
  • Can I change my plan at any time?
    • Yes, you can change your plan at any time. However, keep in mind that if you change to a plan with fewer benefits, the additional benefits of the previous plan will no longer be available. Contact us to make the change.
  • How are payments and renewals handled?
    • Payments are monthly and renewal is automatic. Please ensure you have sufficient funds in your payment method to avoid interruptions in service.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    • We accept several payment methods, including credit card, debit card, bank account debit and salary discount. You can see more information here.
  • Are there discounts for family groups?
    • Yes, we offer special discounts for family groups. Each Participant will pay half that of the Active Member.
  • What happens if I don't pay on time?
    • If you do not make the payment on time, your account could be suspended and you will lose access to benefits until the situation is regularized.
  • How can I access the benefits of the plan I chose?
    • Once you have subscribed to a plan, you will be able to access the benefits through your online account on the AMUPEF portal. You can see more details here.
  • Are there any additional costs apart from the monthly fee?
    • There are no additional hidden costs. What you see in the plan description is what you get.
  • How can I cancel my subscription?
